Welcome to Sean Ryan & Son Carpentry & General Contracting. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and communication with our company. By hiring us for any service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Sean Ryan & Son Carpentry & General Contracting offers professional construction and remodeling services including, but not limited to:

New Home Construction

Carpentry Framing

We proudly serve Atkinson, NH and surrounding Rockingham County areas.

2. Estimates & Quotes

All initial consultations and project estimates are provided free of charge. Estimates are based on the project scope discussed at the time and may be subject to change if the scope is modified. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Scheduling & Project Timeline

Project timelines will be provided based on current workload, material availability, and scope of work. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to weather, supply chain issues, or unforeseen construction challenges. Clients will be notified promptly of any delays or changes.

4. Payments & Invoicing

A written contract will outline the total project cost, payment schedule, and accepted forms of payment. In most cases, a deposit is required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to fees.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has commenced. Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on project status and incurred expenses.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring site accessibility and clearing personal items from work areas. Any necessary permits, HOA approvals, or legal documentation are the client's responsibility unless specified in the agreement.

7. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Most services include a workmanship warranty, which will be detailed in your contract. Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, external forces, or third-party alterations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sean Ryan & Son Carpentry & General Contracting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the work agreed upon in the signed contract.

9. Use of Website and Digital Communication

By using our website or communicating with us digitally, you agree not to misuse our content, send unsolicited inquiries for unrelated services, or engage in any form of malicious activity.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
